"Nice day of golf, but a little frustrating"
The course itself was in really good shape, and I did enjoy being out there for the day. That said, the pace of play was slow, and when I had a couple questions it kind of felt like I was getting passed around instead of getting a straight answer. For the price of the green fees, I expected things to run a bit smoother.

I’ll say this: the pool was genuinely nice, and I spent more time there than I expected. But the rooms definitely felt like they haven’t been updated in a while. Not terrible, just kind of dated in that “they know something we don’t” way. Like maybe the decor is part of a secret hotel-wide experiment to see how long guests will tolerate old furniture if the pool is good enough. Overall, decent stay, but the rooms could really use a refresh.

I was kind of hesitant at first, just because I’m always a little careful with sites I haven’t used much, but turningstone.com felt fine once I got going. The login was smooth, and then I got the normal email confirmations, which made me relax a bit.
The payment page looked secure too, and nothing seemed off afterward with my info or anything. It was simple overall, no weird pop-ups or confusing steps, and yeah, I’d use the site again.

"Really good food, hope it stays that way"
I’ve been really happy with the food here so far. Everything tasted fresh and had good flavor, which is what keeps me coming back. I just hope they keep the quality consistent, because if it ever starts slipping, I’d probably end up going somewhere else.

"Really clean rooms"

We went there to eat, and the service was really slow. It took forever just to get our order taken, and then the food took a really long time to come out too. The staff was nice enough, but all the waiting kind of ruined the whole experience. I’m really not sure I’d go back.

"Room was ridiculously clean and comfy"
Stayed at Turning Stone for one night the room was ridiculously clean when we walked in. The bathroom looked fresh, the towels were nice, and I didn’t notice any dust or weird smells, which is always a relief.
I’m picky about hotel rooms, but this one was really easy to settle into. The bed looked clean, everything felt well taken care of, and I actually felt comfortable relaxing there. I’d definitely stay again.

"Decent room, but not quite worth the price"
I stayed here for one night, and overall the room was okay. It was clean enough and the bed was tidy, but it felt a little too firm for my liking, and the pillows were flat.
The room had a decent amount of space and it was quiet, which I appreciated. Still, for what I paid, I expected it to feel a bit more comfortable. It wasn’t a bad stay, but I wouldn’t call it a great value either...

"Parking and valet were kind of a mess"
I waited way longer than I expected, and the valet really wasn’t much help at all. It was just, you know, frustrating from the start.

The room was perfectly fine, clean enough, comfortable enough, nothing dramatic. But the price? Apparently I missed the part where basic amenities come with a VIP experience surcharge. Not a bad stay, just definitely felt like it cost more than it should have

"Fun games overall, just expect a tiny bit of lag"
I spent some time on turningstone.com over the weekend playing a few slots and a little blackjack. Overall, it was straightforward to use, and most of the games loaded without any trouble. I did run into a brief lag when switching tables, but it cleared up quickly and didn’t really ruin the experience. The cashier section took a bit longer than I expected, so my only advice would be to give yourself a few extra minutes there and don’t wait until you’re in a rush. All in all, it was a fun night, and I’d play there again

"I do like Turning Stone overall, but..."
I do like Turning Stone overall, but the rewards program has been kind of a letdown for me lately. Points seem to take forever to build up, and some of the perks changed, which was a bit frustrating. It’s not awful or anything, but I just don’t feel excited about trying to earn rewards there anymore

"Support was surprisingly easy to deal with"
I had to reach out to customer service on turningstone.com over a small issue, it went better than I expected. They got back to me quickly, and the person helping me was friendly, clear, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. It was all handled without any back-and-forth hassle. Based on this one experience, I’d say their support is solid, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Easy check-in, smooth stay"
Check-in was easy and the staff were really nice 🙂 I did have to wait a few minutes in line, but it wasn’t a big deal. Checkout was quick and simple too, with no surprise charges. Overall, it was a good stay, just wish the line had moved a little faster.
